• OVHcloud acts as a processor when providing the hosting service. OVHcloud has contractual data protection documentation (DPA) applicable to its services.
• No disclosure of data to third parties is made, except where there is a legal obligation.

As a general rule, the Website is hosted on the infrastructure of the contracted hosting provider. If third-party services involving international transfers are incorporated in the future, this will be informed and, where appropriate, the appropriate safeguards will be applied.
